1) Create an account

Sign in and open your dashboard.

Tip: We use Discord login so you can connect your servers fast.

2) Choose which server to promote

From your Dashboard, pick the server you want to add.

In Your ads, click Add your server on the server you manage. If you don’t see it, use Re-Sync Servers in the Dashboard.

3) Add ServerScout the bot to your server

We’ll prompt you to invite the bot if it isn’t already installed.

When you click Add your server, you’ll be redirected to Discord to authorize the bot in that guild. Come back to the Dashboard after authorizing.

Required: you must be an Admin/Owner in the server to add the bot and manage the ad.

4) Then make all of the info

Open your server’s Edit page and complete the ad details.

• Mini Description (short, eye-catching < 200 chars)
• Description (what makes your server worth joining?)
• Category + optional keywords (up to 5)
• Toggle Visibility when you’re ready

5) Run the command to create a link

From your Dashboard you’ll see the command to create an invite link.

In your Discord server, run:

/settings setup-invite #choose-an-invite-channel

This creates a permanent invite and saves it to your ad automatically. You’ll need Administrator and the bot needs Create Invite permission.
